The Offal Department receives all its offal products from the slaughter floor, it then goes through a
process where it gets washed and packaged. All the offal goes into boxes and put into the fridge
immediately to get the refrigeration process started. From there the packaged offal products -
lungs, hearts, liver etc. gets distributed to the client for use.
