The Administration & Finance Department is responsible for providing the following support services:
- Implementing and monitoring financial controls to safeguard RTV's monetary assets.
- Making payments to employees and vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Safeguarding and dispensing financial information to appropriate parties.
- Forecasting revenue.
- Preparing the budget.
- Interaction with RTV's network of farmers and customers.
- Administration of RTV's HR programs: employment, wage and salary administration, employment benefits, workmanship compensation, unemployment insurance, and employee communications.
The Administration and Finance department is responsible for ensuring that all employees are correctly paid, payroll information is accurate, and that statutory with holdings are properly accounted for and paid.
The Administration and Finance Department monitors and estimates revenues on a monthly basis to ensure that RTV meets its projected revenues from the current year. The Administration and Finance Department also resolves general ledger issues and coordinates with other departments to ensure that expenditures and revenues are properly accounted and entered into the financial system.
The Administration and Finance Department is responsible for providing reports to the Board od Directors, Share holders and to outside parties.
The Administration and Finance Department ensures that financial controls, policies and procedures of RTV are up-to-date and in compliance with statutory guidelines.
