Supporting a service to all the departments inside of RTV namely PK Abattoir and Lincoln Nine - the Processing Department, Catering as well as the both the butcheries in Benoni. In order to deliver this service, there has to be made use of maintenance programs that is being used weekly, with the aim to mend and service machinery to accomplish working equipment.
All refrigerated trucks are also this department's responsibility and plays a vital part in the quality of the meat as well as to comply with conditions of HMS in addition to the hygiene regulations.
